Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to architect scalable test automation frameworks for real estate appraisal/valuation platforms.

You will lead QA strategy, mentor engineers, and leverage Generative AI/LLMs to accelerate test case generation and data synthesis across web apps, APIs, and backend services. You will drive automated regression in CI/CD, validate REST APIs, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Architecture and Product teams in an Agile delivery model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA with scalable automation
• Experience designing frameworks from scratch
• Experience applying Generative AI/LLMs in QA workflows at scale
• Strong SQL and data validation skills
• English proficiency R2+ for documentation and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for web apps, APIs, and backend services
• Define and drive test automation strategy and standards across the team
• Lead AI/LLM enablement for test case generation and data synthesis
• Integrate automated regression into CI/CD pipelines for reliability
• Oversee defect lifecycle and KPI reporting
• Collaborate with Eng, Product, and Architecture in Agile sprints
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding
