Axon in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Technician Supervisor to lead Automation Technicians in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment. You will ensure high equipment performance and uptime while coordinating with manufacturing teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong automation and mechanical skills, and the ability to interpret schematics. The role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong automation, mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in technical manufacturing with complex equipment.
• Experience with automated assembly equipment and high-volume automated systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Basic computer skills and facility with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise equipment maintenance to support Axon manufacturing operations.
• Communicate equipment status to manufacturing line leads and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine corrective actions with Manufacturing Engineers.
• Manage and complete work orders in CMMS.
• Determine spare parts needs within CMMS to prevent downtime.
• Participate in process reviews for products.
• Engage in problem solving with the Axon team.
• Follow Axon's Environmental Health and Safety guidelines.
