Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of product design or sustaining engineering experience.
• Experience in ECOs, RCAs, CAPAs, and field failure analysis.
• Familiarity with GD&T and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for field failures.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders and product revisions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues.
