Job summary

Magna International is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing and automation initiatives at the Carrollton, GA facility.

You will manage salaried staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across painting, molding and assembly lines. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of related experience, plus hands-on expertise in Fanuc/Sepro robotics, PLC programming and AutoCAD-based drawings.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project management skills and lead a team.
• General understanding of Paint, Molding, and Assembly processes.
• Two years minimum experience in creating drawings in AutoCAD.
• Must have 4 years minimum experience in programming Fanuc, Sepro, and/or other robot systems.
• Two years minimum experience in programming Allen Bradley PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and ensure adherence to Magna Employee’s Charter.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for staff and technicians.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and training requirements.
