Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into scalable digital automation solutions across infrastructure, applications, and business services.
- Design, build, and enhance automation workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Oversee technology pilots, concept proofs, and automation roadmap planning.
- Lead workshops and training to drive user adoption and improve solution experience.
- Ensure solutions adhere to BCM policies, security standards, and compliance.
