Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking an experienced Staff Agentic Software Automation Engineer to lead automation strategy for CI and test infra across product domains. You will embed agentic tools and orchestrate multi-team automation initiatives, serving as a senior escalation point for complex automation decisions.

You will mentor senior engineers, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive adoption of agentic automation practices across teams, leveraging AWS/cloud expertise to build

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7–10 years developing tools for CI automation and test infrastructure.
Deep technical leadership across automation and test infrastructure for a domain or product area.

Responsibilities

Set automation and test direction embedding agentic tools for CI, infrastructure, and test workflows.
Serve as senior escalation point for automation and test infrastructure decisions.
Drive adoption of agentic automation practices across teams and mentor senior engineers.
