Responsibilities
- Establish and run an enterprise Automation Center of Excellence.
- Identify automation opportunities and translate pain points into use cases.
- Lead RPA, workflow automation, intelligent automation, process mining, testing, bots, and citizen development.
- Drive AI-enabled orchestration and adoption across the organization.
- Define governance, risk, and delivery standards with compliance focus.
