The role requires hands-on project delivery, proficiency with a major DCS/PLC platform, and the ability to guide teams through complex validation, FAT/SAT, and cross-project standardization of HMI/SCADA and integration strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Demonstrated mastery as primary architect for at least one core platform and virtualization.
• Proficient in DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, PI, and OPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex automation architectures from the ground up.
• Design PLC/DCS logic and control algorithms for complex processes.
• Standardize HMI/SCADA design philosophies.
• Develop integration strategies for third-party systems with OPC networks.
• Analyze process data to identify and resolve control issues.
• Review P&IDs, loop diagrams, and network architectures for compliance.
• Lead FAT and SAT to resolve technical issues.
• Serve as SME during sales calls and drive technical scoping.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical output.
