Job summary

Stellaro Technologies LLC seeks a highly technical Automation Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automation systems in an industrial setting. You will develop automation architectures, write PLC/DCS logic, and create HMI/SCADA interfaces under experienced guidance.

You will support integration of third-party skids, perform FAT/SAT with the team, maintain engineering docs, and contribute to proposal development while learning from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong foundation in control theory with willingness to learn platforms and virtualization concepts.
• Exposure to industrial automation platforms (DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, PI, OPC).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing automation architectures under guidance of senior staff.
• Write and test PLC/DCS logic and controller configurations with oversight.
• Develop and modify HMI/SCADA graphics and interfaces under senior engineers.
• Support integration of third-party vendor skids and equipment into central control systems using OPC and basic virtualization.
• Assist in monitoring processes and troubleshoot routine control issues to improve system reliability.
• Maintain and update engineering documentation including P&IDs, loop diagrams, and network topology drawings.
• Draft and execute validation documents using established templates and guidance.
• Participate in FAT and SAT with senior team members.
• Compile technical data and research to support proposal generation.
• Learn from team members and participate in technical training.
