Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Controls Systems Supervisor to lead a team supporting automated equipment in our manufacturing operations. You will oversee the reliability, programming, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, drives, and industrial networks to keep production safe, efficient, and stable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading controls teams in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs/ HMIs and drives.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networking and control systems.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update electrical and controls documentation and standards.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and industrial safety regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate response to equipment downtime and prioritize work across the team.
• Support training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the controls group.
