Job summary

Delkor is seeking a senior Controls Engineer to lead the design and development of automation systems for new machinery. You will manage PLC/HMI programming, servo controls, and robotics integration, while mentoring team members and coordinating with cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree and 8+ years designing and programming PLC, HMI, servo control systems.
• Minimum 6 years in servo-driven high-speed machinery.
• Experience with Rockwell PLCs and servo drives preferred.
• Experience with CAD and emulation software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate time and material costs for new product machinery quotes.
• Develop automation specifications, configurations, and cost targets; maintain specs for milestones.
• Lead concept automation development on test components and rigs.
• Report project status, risks, and costs to supervisor.
• Develop software for new machines and maintain coding standards.
