Amgen in Ohio seeks an Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and engineering across our manufacturing site. You will manage a team of engineers and technicians, oversee maintenance strategies, optimize equipment reliability, and drive safety and compliance.

This role requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3–5+ years of leadership, plus strong PLC and packaging equipment knowledge and cross-functional collaboration at a GMP facility.

Formación

• Masters degree in engineering or related discipline & 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline & 5 years of related experience.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related discipline & 10 years of related experience.
• High school diploma / GED & 12 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering and maintenance services and support to pharmaceutical packaging lines.
• Lead a team of engineering personnel across Amgen operations for product assembly, label, and packaging.
• Support maintenance strategy for equipment and systems and reduce production downtime.
• Own maintenance SOPs and drive improvements in maintenance instructions and parts lists.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain safety and regulatory compliance at the Ohio site.
