Job summary

LEGO Manufacturing Virginia seeks a Packing Supervisor on the day shift to lead highly automated production lines, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient execution of the plan. You will coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to maintain continuity and drive improvements.

You will monitor KPIs, oversee MES/SCADA/HMI systems, and coach frontline operators to enhance reliability, flow, and quality. Travel is minimal, and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in production operations.
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, or material handling systems.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, HMI, or production monitoring systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced operational environments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during operational issues or production disruptions.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across highly automated production lines to ensure safe, stable, and efficient execution of the production plan.
• Coordinate activities between Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor production KPIs and oversee automation systems to address downtime and quality issues.
• Coach and develop frontline operators and technicians to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead efforts to improve equipment reliability, production flow, and overall operational efficiency.
