Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team toward higher customer satisfaction. The role offers a pay range of $24.10–$40.87 per hour with a flat-rate pay structure and opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Brakes diagnosis/repair experience expected.
• Alignment/steering/suspension diagnosis and repair skills.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair expertise.
• Reading, writing and math skills essential.
• Current federal, state and local certifications/licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within first two years of employment; tests and fees paid by the company; bonus for tests passed.
