Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor a team, and improve customer care. The role requires technical expertise, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification progress within two years.

Qualifications

• Brake diagnosis/repair and suspension diagnosis are required.
• Ability to explain complex repairs to customers is essential.
• Strong diagnostic skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications with company support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, exhaust, electrical, suspension, A/C and more.
• Explain repairs clearly to customers and non-technical teammates.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications; tests paid by the company; bonuses for passes.
