Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring technicians to boost customer care and satisfaction. Pay range is $24.10–$40.92 per hour with a performance-based flat-rate system reflecting productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum: valid driver's license and ability to operate customer and company vehicles.
• Strong brakes diagnosis/repair skills.
• Experience with alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair.
• Proficient general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Able to communicate technical info to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date automotive knowledge through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing technical tasks.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by the company.
