Colonial Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead the automotive service team and drive an exceptional customer experience at our Keene location. This exempt role oversees team development, safety, scheduling, and daily operations with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.

You will hire, train, coach, and supervise service staff, ensure safety and policy compliance, manage facility upkeep, and collaborate with leadership to meet service standards and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Driver's license in state of residence.
• Compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
