The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive manufacturing, with union experience a plus, and the ability to manage attendance and performance while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred, Tier 1.
• Experience with multi-line, high-volume operations.
• Union environment experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of KPIs and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production across multiple lines on 2nd/3rd shift.
• Train and develop employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, and equipment performance to meet demand.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
• Track metrics like efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
• Manage attendance, performance, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
• Support continuous improvement focused on safety and productivity.
• Communicate updates to plant leadership.
