Job summary

Qualifications

• Auto finance industry experience (2–3 years) including 1 year in a collector role.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Leadership or coaching capability preferred for team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to negotiate payments and address delinquencies.
• Document conversations and payment agreements accurately in the system.
• Coach and train associates, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist manager with daily task allocation, audits, and trend analysis.
• Escalate complex issues and support loss mitigation and process improvements.
