• Deliver clear written and verbal instructions to staff.
• Inspect outputs for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Foster team cohesion and resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to collection standards and privacy guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
