Crash Champions is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and perform high-quality work that keeps us on schedule. You will diagnose issues, decide between repair and replacement, and lead colleagues to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Standing requirement to examine damaged vehicles and plan repairs.
• Ability to interpret measuring data and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
• Experience supervising repair personnel and ensuring safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs while meeting on-time targets.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to gain access to areas.
• Attends required safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with hand/power tools.
• Directs the work of an apprentice and explains procedures.
