Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our fast-growing network. You will examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and work with a team to keep repairs on time while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Frame machine experience required for repairs.
• Body repair certification preferred.
• Understand manufacturer repair processes.
• I-CAR welding certification required.
• Able to supervise workshop personnel.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair process for damaged vehicles.
• Coordinate with team on repair status.
• Perform quality repairs ensuring timeliness.
• Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, and other components to access areas.
• Attend safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces.
• Direct apprentice on tasks and explain procedures.
