Crash Champions is seeking skilled collision repair professionals to inspect, plan, and execute repairs across multiple shops. You will collaborate with teammates to keep vehicles on schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on repair, leadership when needed, and adherence to manufacturer repair guidelines in a fast-growing, nationwide company environment.

Qualifications

• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
• Communicate with team on vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decide repair vs. replacement based on safety, cost, cycle time.
• Remove upholstery and components to access areas.
• Participate in safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces with tools.
• Direct an apprentice when needed and explain procedures.
