The role requires frame machine expertise and a welding certificate, with opportunities for leadership and continued training in a fast-growing MSO environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine and perform body repairs.
• Experience supervising repair personnel on shop floor.
• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time delivery.
