You will work with a team to communicate repair status, perform repairs, and decide between repair or replacement when necessary, while mentoring an apprentice and upholding safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Frame machine operation required.
• Certified in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification required or preferred.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel and apprentices.
• Must pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repairs.
• Communicate repair status with team.
• Perform quality repairs while meeting timelines.
• Decide repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
