Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and coordinate with teammates to maintain on-time status. You will perform quality repairs while assessing safety, cost, and cycle time, and may direct an apprentice as needed.

The role requires frame machine operation, body repair knowledge, and I-CAR welding certification. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, a 401k with match, a referral bonus, and paid

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and trim to access vehicle areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Directs an apprentice when needed and explains procedures.
