Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring at multiple locations in the US. This on-site role involves inspecting damaged vehicles, planning repairs, and coordinating with the team to maintain on-time delivery.

You will perform quality repairs, assess whether repair or replacement is best, and supervise an apprentice when needed in a fast-growing MSO environment. Ideal candidates bring body repair certification or strong experience, knowledge of repair processes by manufacturer, and I-CAR welding credentials.

Qualifications

• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret measuring data for repairs.
• Willingness to supervise an apprentice when needed.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates with team on repair status and progress.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decides between repair and replacement considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Assists in accessing components by removing upholstery and trim as needed.
• Participates in safety meetings and guides apprentices.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with power and hand tools.
