Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Auditor for the AML/Fraud and Ethics Audit team in a hybrid role based in Plano, TX. The position focuses on BSA/AML, sanctions and fraud compliance audits, delivering risk-based assurance and value to the Audit Committee.

You will lead audits, perform risk assessments, and communicate findings to senior management. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of audit or related experience, CPA/CFE/CAMS/CIA or equivalent certification is preferred, and a passion for data

Responsibilities

• Participate in major components of business units and lead audits in BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Fraud areas.
• Operate independently and ensure audits are completed to schedule and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Audit and the business.
• Use data analytics to support audit planning, testing, and reporting.
