Capital One is seeking an experienced Principal Auditor for the AML/Fraud and Ethics Audit team in a hybrid role based in McLean, VA. You will lead BSA/AML, sanctions, and fraud audit engagements, assess risks, test controls, and report findings to the Audit Committee.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in auditing with AML or sanctions, professional certifications preferred, and a strong data analytics mindset to drive independent, high-quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of auditing, AML, sanctions, or related areas.
• BSA/AML and fraud controls knowledge a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead BSA/AML, sanctions, and fraud audits from planning to reporting.
• Perform risk assessments and testing aligned to risks.
• Communicate issues and recommendations to management.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners and the Audit group.
• Leverage data analytics to improve audit coverage.
