Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in the United States is seeking an Attending Physician to lead population health within the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will provide clinical leadership in client facilities and work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians toward excellence in patient care and professional facility relations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with active unrestricted license in applicable state(s).
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow.

Responsibilities
