Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents across its facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider with a dedicated NP or PA supporting you, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Lead a collaborative team, mentor NPs and PAs, and guide care plans in skilled nursing settings while maintaining compliance and patient satisfaction.

Formación

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PA to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while overseeing chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists for comprehensive care.
