Job summary

Siemens Finance Assurance (FIN A) seeks a seasoned auditor to identify risks in Siemens's operations and drive independent assurance across the business. You will design audits, lead discussions with senior management, and mentor teammates in an agile audit environment.

You’ll work with the data analytics team to expand coverage, travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience at a large accounting or consulting firm.
• Fluent English with ability to speak, write, read and interpret documents.
• Ability and willingness to travel 30% including internationally/domestically.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify key risks in Siemens's operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
• Design and lead comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.
• Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommend improvements to drive change in the organization.
• Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology and promote digital use cases with the data analytics team.
• Lead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement.
• Lead by example in challenging environments, be a career coach and mentor your fellow team members.
