Job summary

Siemens' Finance Assurance (FIN A) team is seeking a seasoned auditor to identify risks, design agile audits, and drive improvements as a trusted partner to management. You will lead meetings with Senior Management and mentor teammates while collaborating with our data analytics group to broaden assurance.

Requirements include a BS/BA in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance, a minimum of six years at a large firm, fluent English, and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and

Qualifications

• Six years of experience at a large accounting or consulting firm with public company clients
• BS/BA or higher in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
• Fluent English in speaking, writing, reading and interpreting documents
• Willingness to travel 30% including international/domestic
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Identify key risks in Siemens's operational and financial environment and provide analysis and interpretation to management
• Design and lead comprehensive audits following agile methodology to address identified risks
• Independently drive assurance objectives, define conclusions and recommend improvements
• Foster innovation and develop digital use cases with the data analytics team
• Lead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps
• Coach and mentor team members to grow professionally
