Job summary

Siemens Finance Assurance (FIN A) seeks a seasoned professional to identify key risks in the operational and financial landscape and lead audits using agile methodologies. You will drive assurance objectives, propose improvements, and mentor team members while partnering with management.

Travel up to 30% internationally and domestically; require 6+ years in big accounting/consulting with public-company clients. Fluency in English is essential; US work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience at a large accounting or consulting firm with clients that are reputable, publicly listed companies.
• Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, read, and interpret documents.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify key risks in Siemens' operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
• Design and lead comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.
• Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommend improvements to drive change in the organization.
• Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
• Lead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement.
• Lead by example in challenging environments, be a career coach and mentor your fellow team members by sharing your expertise.
