Amazon in Jersey City, NJ is hiring a Lead Associate for the Quick Commerce F F Center-VAR (L3). This role requires open availability seven days a week and willingness to work across sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site.

You will lead a fast-paced team, model the right behaviors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time customer delivery. The position involves lifting up to 49 pounds, standing long shifts, and coordinating with delivery partners to optimize operations and service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for long shifts.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites within 10 miles of the primary location.

Responsabilités

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training in system and equipment knowledge and quality training.
• Coordinate with Regional Area Manager and escalation points as needed.
• Receive truck deliveries and collaborate with associates and delivery partners.
