Qualifications

• 1+ years of MS Office experience.

• Experience training others is a plus.
• Leadership abilities and problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and model desired behavior for the team.
• Manage operations, safety, quality, and delivery promises per regional guidance.
• Keep workspace clean, sanitary, safe, and organized.
• Provide training on systems, equipment, and processes.
• Escalate issues, give feedback, and plan labor and breaks.
• Handle product reception, stocking, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners for smooth operations.
• Participate in onboarding and continuous improvement efforts.
• Use inventory systems to scan, count, and manage products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
