Job summary

Amazon in Richardson, TX seeks a Lead Associate to support fast-paced delivery operations at our site, prioritizing accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across zones, with hands-on involvement in stocking, processing, and delivery preparation.

The role requires flexibility to work across multiple nearby sites within 10 miles, weekend/nights shifts, and lifting up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace
• Provide ongoing training in areas including system and equipment knowledge
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
