• Provides strategy, vision and direction for the Office of Community Standards (OCS).
• Manages OCS employees, processes, and projects to implement strategic goals.
• Oversees investigations and adjudications of alleged violations of the Honor Code and the Fundamental Standard.
• Advises senior leadership on policies, processes and strategic planning for policy development.
• Develops and measures effectiveness of programs and tools for OCS services.
• Represents OCS in senior meetings and to internal/external constituents.
• collaborates with campus partners including General Counsel, Athletics, Accessible Education and student government.
