Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in higher education or a related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in Student Affairs in a higher education setting.
• Minimum of one year working with student conduct issues.
• Community College experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the student conduct process from intake through resolution, including sanctions and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with FERPA.
• Develop workshops on topics such as academic integrity, conflict resolution, and classroom behavior.
• Review and update policies to ensure clarity, accessibility, and alignment with the college mission.
• Collaborate with Campus Safety and advising; serve as a resource for faculty and staff.
• Coordinate CARE team meetings and oversee student engagement programs.
• Oversee development of student leadership programs and supervise related staff.

Formation

Master’s Degree in higher education or related field

Minimum of three years experience in an area of Student Affairs in a higher education setting

Minimum of one year working with student conduct issues

Community College experience
