Quanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support production and shipping operations. You will read and follow work instructions on the receiving dock, coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Materials, and ensure parts are prepared and audited to meet internal deadlines.

You will communicate with Program Managers and customers via email, assist in transporting Work Orders, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment while staying

Formación

• Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is required.
• Forklift driver experience is preferred.
• Good email communication skills.
• Some SAP knowledge.
• MS Excel experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

Description

Perform production support functions. Meet the daily production support requirements deadline by efficiently transferring and compiling parts. Schedule movements both internal to facility and for shipping / receiving.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for reading, understanding and following work instructions pertaining to the tasks on the receiving dock.

Perform in a cross-functional environment, coordinating with other departments such Quality, Warehouse, and Materials.

Audit and prepare parts in an efficient manner, meeting internal incremental deadlines.

Communicate professionally via email with Program Manager, Department Manager,Supervisorand customer contactsregardingthe status ofparts andshipments.

• Coordinate with offsite personnel for coordination of transporting subsequent WO
• Actively seek ways to improve processes.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Forklift driver is preferred.
• Good email communication skills.
• Some SAP knowledge.
• MS EXCEL experience, good to moderate user

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
