GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Lead Warehouse Operator 2 to supervise production support, transfer parts, and coordinate internal movements and shipping/receiving. This role requires strong teamwork, organization, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Warehouse and Materials, ensuring parts are prepared to meet deadlines, while upholding safety and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Reach Truck/Forklift driver is preferred.
• Good email communication skills.
• Some SAP knowledge.
• MS Excel experience, good to moderate user

PURPOSE OF POSITION: LEAD WAREHOUSE OPERATOR 2

Perform production support functions. Meet the daily production support requirements deadline by efficiently transferring and compiling parts. Schedule movements both internal to facility and for shipping / receiving.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing other team members.

Understanding and following work instructions.

Perform in a cross-functional environment, coordinating with other departments such Quality, Warehouse, and Materials.

Audit and prepare parts in an efficient manner, meeting internal incremental deadlines.

Communicate professionally via email with Program Manager, Department Manager,Supervisorand customer contactsregardingthe status ofparts andshipments.

• Coordinate with offsite personnel for coordination of transporting subsequent WO
• Actively seek ways to improve processes.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
