Job summary

University of Idaho Foundation seeks an Assistant Director of Student & Young Alumni Engagement to lead programs connecting students and early alumni with the university community. You will collaborate with Alumni Relations and campus partners to deliver a cohesive experience.

You will design initiatives, support career-focused activities, and supervise staff while traveling as needed to engage communities and strengthen the Vandal network.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in program development, engagement, event planning or relationship management.
• Experience coordinating and executing programs or initiatives.
• Experience working collaboratively with partners or stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement initiatives and programming to drive student and young alumni engagement.
• Develop and support career-focused engagement opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with campus partners, faculty, student organizations and alumni volunteers.
• Lead student-focused initiatives and supervise a team member.
• Partner across campus to strengthen the Vandal community.
