Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years' engineering/maintenance experience.
• Or a 2-year degree in Building/Construction/Engineering with 2 years' related experience.
• HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises distribution of repair work orders and coordinates with teams.
• Assists in managing the physical plant, including equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Maintains logs and records; ensures timely completion of repairs.
• Plans, schedules and evaluates preventative maintenance programs.
