Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a related area; 1-3 years preferred.
• Experience with production reporting and scheduling.
• Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Knowledge of lumber math and lumber grades.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an operating cell work area and its support services to meet schedule.
• Assist in training employees and communicate with management and staff.
• Lead daily sunrise meetings and monthly safety talks; drive safety initiatives.
• Review preshift machine inspection sheets and address concerns; ensure quality.
• Prepare production reports and maintain records; monitor safety standards.
