Job summary

Endurable Building Products, part of UFP Site Built, is seeking an Assembly Crew Leader to drive production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and meeting production targets while coaching a multi-shift team.

You will plan workflows, coach employees, and collaborate with plant leadership to improve processes, uphold UFP safety standards, and deliver consistent results across the site.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to improve productivity.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Familiarity with safety programs and incident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operation across multiple departments and shifts.
• Motivate a group of employees for maximum productivity.
• Identify and resolve production problems and opportunities.
• Coach and counsel employees; enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain records; participate in Safety Committee.
