Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembler I to fabricate and assemble component parts per customer specifications. You will set up the work area, align parts, and use hand tools to complete the assembly process while ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities include stacking finished products, keeping the area clean, and maintaining production records. The role requires basic math, a willingness to learn, and adherence to company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area and assemble parts according to instructions and quality standards.
• Fit parts together and use hand tools to complete the assembly process.
• Stack and label finished products as required; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Complete pre-shift inspection and report any issues; maintain production records as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality procedures and participate in safety and CI programs.
