Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Lead Person in Garland, TX to assist the Production Supervisor in planning and coordinating assembly procedures. You will use blueprints, confirm parts availability, and guide team members to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, strong English, and experience reading blueprints with some leadership and training skills. This is an onsite role offering a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience reading blueprints and electrical/hydraulic schematics is preferred.
• Ability to lead shop personnel and train new hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor to plan assembly procedures using blueprints.
• Check availability of parts and materials; manage allocations in MFG Pro.
• Follow up on shortages and faulty parts; assemble in correct sequence.
