Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking a Lead – Assembly to coordinate daily operations and mentor a small team in our Sanford, NC facility. You will assign work, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to ensure quality, on-time production and safe work practices.

The role requires 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing, proficiency with D365/AX or similar ERP systems, and the ability to read blueprints and standard work documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and standard work instructions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., D365/AX) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the assembly group.
• Assign, monitor and review progress; provide guidance on complex issues.
• Ensure production schedules, quality of work, and safety compliance.
