Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Lead – Assembly to coordinate day-to-day operations, assign tasks, and guide a small team in our manufacturing facility.

The role requires 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing, reading blueprints/diagrams, and proficiency with D365/AX and MS Office. Ensure safety, efficiency, and accurate production records while contributing to cost control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of D365, AX and other systems; ability to interpret diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product.
• Reviews work orders, production specifications, technical instructions, facility requirements, tool requisition, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintains production records including yield, scrap, and maintenance costs.
• Leads a group of two or more individuals and provides guidance on complex issues.
