Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in the United States is seeking a Lead - Assembly to coordinate day-to-day operations for a small team. You will assign, monitor and review work, provide technical guidance on complex issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing, proficiency with D365/AX, and ability to read blueprints and use common tools. On-site facility with overtime as needed.

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Lead - Assembly you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of a group of employees. You will assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND BEHAVIORS

Must be knowledgeable in D365, AX and other systems.
Ability to use tools to make or repair parts and products.
Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions such as standard work.
Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
Work in a team environment with other members of a line or group to assemble products.
Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
